Candi Staton and then some Jimmy Bo Horne.

More of Jimmy's "Spank" funk?

The Go-Betweens "Streets of Your Town". I could listen to this over and over again. Sweet pop goodness at it's best...but a couple of lyrics hinting at a bit of a darker theme that I don't quite understand.

William Shatner's Has Been. Wow, what a poignant, self effacing, harsh, humorous, shameless, stark and fun look at an introspective Shatner approaching old age, at odds with celebrity, owning up to mistakes, dealing with loss and observing the world. Poetic. And not. Confessional. Frank. Truthful, honest. I have to say, I'm impressed. Never again will I see Shatner in the same light again. And Ben Folds at his best. Well done guys.
