There's the Duran ones, although they've appeared on DVD already, so I won't bother listing them.

Cutting Crew - I Just Died in Your Arms. There's one version in a warehouse, and the other version is "artsy".

Depeche Mode - People Are People, Different Mix (from Some Great Videos VHS/laserdisc)

Frankie Goes to Hollywood - Relax. One is in a gaybar, the other starts with FGTH neon lights + Holly Johnson dancing in front of lasers.

Hart, Corey - there's two versions of It Ain't Enough. The video and music are different on both; one is the album version, the other is the single remix.

Idol, Billy - Hot in the City. Supposedly, there are two versions -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hot_in_the_City

Mitsou - Bye Bye Mon Cowboy. Original Canadian version + US version (I think US is remixed audio).

Parachute Club, the - Rise Up. One is "live".

Platinum Blonde - Crying Over You. There's a live version of this also.

Pretenders, the - Don't Get Me Wrong. Both are similar, but the second version cuts to shots of the band.

Propaganda - Dr Mabuse - There's the b/w silent movie version, and then there's the sucky version that's in colour.

Talk Talk - It's My Life - Both are almost identical, but the second version shows snips of the band, whereas the original doesn't.

This song is easily one of my least favorite songs of the 80's.
I'm going to find this stinky piece of dogshit and watch it with the sound off to see what makes it uncensored. Hopefully it's female nudity and not male.

As eighties suggested, just to massive. Why not a list of all eighties videos? I have a list of over 10,000 myself but all separate videos on hard drives for VJ'ing. With the help of DOS and Excel, I make a list of all my videos for patrons to pick from. The time spent putting this collection together in this format is beyond reasonable. Fanaticism is more descriptive of such a hobby.

'Looking From A Hilltop' [Version 2] is available on the Section 25 DVD 'So Far - An Audiovisual History 1980-85'
'Looking From A Hilltop' [Version 1] is unavailable, but was released on the 'Factory Shorts' VHS and also includes 'Back To Wonder'
Both 'Looking From A Hilltop' versions are on YouTube.

The uncensored Taco video has tap dancers in 'blackface'

There are some differences in the Human League's Open Your Heart video (compare the VHS version to the DVD).

Don't You Want Me has a version where scenes showing the gun have been replaced, and it was re-jigged for the 90s remix too.

Does this possibly mean a Retro:Active DVD with extended version videos? [8D]
