Greetings! I just received an email and thought I'd pass some news along. It came from Deep Shag Records. Their web address is www.deepshag.com. I have been waiting for this for years and am THRILLED!

Sussman Lawrence, the legendary Minneapolis group that evolved into The Peter Himmelman Band, lives again with the reissue of its two distinguished and long out of print indie albums—“Hail To The Modern Hero!” (1980) and “Pop City” (1984)—in a strictly limited edition two-disc set entitled "The Complete Sussman Lawrence (1979-1985)” which includes four rare bonus tracks. Everybody listen up!

Cool, seen as how both albums regularily trade hande for about $20 each. I've got "Pop City" and it's exactly as the title suggests, great early 80's pop/wave/rock.

What timing--I just had a question about this guy a day or so ago.
