This is a Belgian EBM band, or it was at one time. The re-release is a vinyl remaster of their first stuff. Quite good.
Otherwise, you can get that, and then some, on the cd 'The First Judgement', which includes that EP plus the MBIH EP.
Neon Judgement's early releases were really, really good (by early, I mean all the stuff on that cd above plus their Mafu Cage album). After that they moved into rather generic Acid House dance that I didn't enjoy. It looks like they might be doing some electronic music today under the name Neon Electronics, but I've no idea of the quality of this new stuff, tho it makes me curious.

Chinese Black is a great song!!! The Voodoo Nipplefield EP is pretty good too.
