When I was in my early twenties. My small band of friends and I would drive down a grass road between 2 corn fields after dark.This road was about 3 or 4 miles long, and we would go down half way and park.Very rarely would any one come down.I lived in a small town outside of the Illinois Quad City area called "Orion" OR-Ree-Yun not Oh-Ry-un.It was one of the highest points (Even though it looked quite flat) in this part f the midwest.I had several old Chrslers during this time, and we would lay out on the hood with our cassettes of OMD ,Eno, Penguin Cafe Orchestra, Flying Lizards, Scott Wilks, Talking Heads, etsc... and watch the falling stars while we drank a few beers. Some very good memories.
Where was your fond music memories spawned?

I'm struck by the insidious, computer-driven tendency to take things out of the domain of muscular activity and put them into the domain of mental activity.

Since I have always preferred making plans The passage of time is flicking dimly upon the screen;
I can't see the lines I used to think I could read between.
