Just grabbed a nice copy of The Residents "Third reich And Roll" with the uncensored cover, and the 12" of "Never Stop" by Echo & the Bunnymen.

Just a question Brambo
Is the band Tin Tin you mentioned, the same with the Australian one from early 70s?
Great find Ollie,i still have this Residents album in cd,unable yet to find a copy in a logical price.

I FINALLY found something I can report - "Songs of the Spires" by Gleaming Spires (though sadly a copy with college-radio call-letters scrawled over the cover).

The Tin Tin that did "Hold It" is a different Tin Tin, firefall. Stephen "Tin Tin" Duffy was actually an original member of Duran Duran before they got big if I remember correctly. His stuff is very early 80's synth/dance/pop; "Kiss Me" was maybe their biggest hit. You see Tin Tin 12" singles every now and then here in the states; I grabbed his lp in Canada about 6 years ago.

Lots of good finds in the last few months to read about!

I'm still broke as hell, but I was able to get the 3 Magazine LPs for $4.25 each. I have no idea why I didn't already have them.

I scored a copy of Black Devil - Disco Club.

It is such a weird album - is it disco? Is it No Wave? Is it early minimal synth stuff? So strange & I like it a lot! It's very dark, very sparse, nonsense lyrics, etc. I can't imagine it got much play in the discos at the time.

1979 - categorized as disco - but it's really walking the line. I think it's either a French or Italian release. It sounds a lot like Crash Course in Science's song Flying Turns, but better production. Very dark & sinister - unlike any disco from 79 & more like dark synth stuff.

You can probably guess that I'm very into it right now...[;)]
