The Bolshoi vs. Mission UK

This is too tough to call. But to the Bolshoi's credit I really love Away.

You decide.

Mission UK for me. Often ridiculed for wanting to be a "goth wannabe band" or "goth-lite", they actually have some great albums.

Sure, I like the Bolshoi too.

Mission UK. Great band, I love almost everything they've done that I've heard.

Both are great. The Bolshoi's "Happy Boy" was one of my favs. I would have to pick them. The Mission sort of lost me with the "Masque" album.

I probably like more of The Mission Uk's stuff overall, but Away from The Bolshoi is my hands down favorite from either band.

I love a few of the Mission U.K.'s songs but far and away love The Bolshoi much more. My fav Bolshoi song is Lindy's Party and the rest of their catalog is brilliant too.

"Away" vs. "This Corrosion". Closer than a US Presidential Election, but I'd have to give the nod to the Bolshoi.

It will always be Bolshoi for me, and as I've mentioned in a previous thread, I love "Away" & "Sunday Morning"... Lindy's Party was indeed a nice release.

Cubby's right, I also had The Mission's "Masque" album and it's not really something you'll treas

I'm going with Bolshoi - that 1st ep (with 'Giants') and 'Fiends' are great ones...never picked up Lindy's Party, have to look in the used bins.

I have 'God's Own Medicine' by the Mission but had trouble beyond that - I think I actually gave a pal my c

The Bolshoi. Though I've only been a fan for a little over a year, I think their albums in whole are better than The Mission. For me The Mission are fine for a greatest hits collection or two, which I have, but The Bolshoi had a larger amount of appealing
