Does anyone know if this cd/dvd will be released in Canada or the US?

I bought mine from here. $19.95 for the CD and DVD set. One hella deal, especially considering the fact that the CD alone costs $16.99. If you factor in free shipping and no sales tax, it's hard not to buy it.

In the USA only the cd. In Canada, ???
I believe that it is even a limited release in the UK.
