Wow, the Pale Fountains!

I had heard that there might be an extended version of this song but had never actually heard it until today. I'm very surprised at this mix because it's totally different from the original, the drums are there for a remix but it almost seems more laid back in my opinion. It's like they totally re-recorded this song for the remix. The additonal vocals of the backup singers were nice as well.

Hey MSK!
Love the Paul Haig song. Isn`t the B-side of Runnig Away?
(In case, is the A-side as good as Time?)

Thanks again.

THE BLUE TOYS - A GOOD DAY [ EXTENDED MIX ]

This is a great song! It seems they only had one single, but at least they made it a good one. The guitar solo at the end is very much of the time...and I was humming the catchy chorus all the way to the end.

Unfortunately Mario (mskremember) could only post these for a few days (note the 11/21/05 original posting date). So you are too late; keep watching this board for any new postings; he has posted hundreds of songs the last few weeks, many of which are very rare and only available commercially as out of print vinyl records.

Mario,

I copy the web page of your posts with the song titles on it so that I don't get my filenames screwed up (I download the files all at once using DownThemAll). Would you mind if I posted the song names in the thread so that people can know what they have missed?

I ask this because when you edit your posts, you remove the links (which is fine) but also the song names, and if you want to prevent the song names from being displayed I will defer to your decision. If that is the case, it encourages people to check back often -- i.e., if you want to be in the club, you gotta be a regular!

What I did was just did a save file as - and then stuff the artist name before the title. Then afterward in itunes i give it a proper(mixed case) id3v2 tags with the right artist & song. Sometimes you see 'mskremember' as an artist. :)
