Alison Moyet is returning to North America for her first solo tour in 14 years
The success of Yazoo's Reconnected tour has created unprecedented demand from American audiences for Alison to return for solo dates on their shores - and lightning fast, Alison Moyet will be performing her new tour in October 2008!
Fourteen years since her last tour in the States, Alison will be treating audiences to material from her recent albums, The Turn, Voice and Hometime, but will also be returning to songs from Alf, Hoodoo and possibly Raindancing!
The dates are:

New York, NY (7 Oct),
Boston, MA (8 Oct)
Westbury, NY (10 Oct)
Asbury Park, NJ (11 Oct)

I knew she'd tour on behalf of her new release. She mentioned at the LA Yazoo show that she had not toured the US in 14 years, and wondered why out loud... [:D]

Looks like I know what I'm getting you for your birthday Marie!!
Maybe not, I just called the dreaded Ticket Master and they say she is not playing in NY, only out in LA and in Canada.

That's because tickets only went on sale for LA and Canada shows.
