Trans-Siberian Orchestra

TSO's annual Christmas tour is listed at:

A metal band with orchestra and backing singers from gospel, broadway, opera, playing a mix of Christmas-classical-rock-blues and metal (perhaps I should have put this in in NNNW). One heck of a live show with kickass laser lights and pyros. Have seen them three times. I lucked out in '04 and had front row seats. Don't know about elsewhere but seats here are usually in the $60 range after extra fees. Well worth the money, show lasts approx. 2.5 hours, the only break, about 5 - 10 minutes, is when they do the introductions halfway through the show. First half includes a narrator weaving a tale between songs, second half is more the classic rock show.
