OK, they're not new wave or power pop. Not even a band, really. But I live near Nashville and Spinal Tap is playing the Ryman Auditorium, original home of the Grand Ole Opry in May. Unbelievable.
Might be worth going just to hear "Hellhole" and "Big Bottom"

I saw them when the reformed in the early 90's for a few shows. It was good, silly fun.
