Warren Cann, Chris Cross, Billy Currie and Midge Ure - all four members of the 1980s Ultravox lineup - will come together for the first time since performing at Live Aid in 1985, for a UK tour in 2009. Entitled Return to Eden, the tour will kick off on April 10th for 14 dates.

Yes, you really did just read that. Ultravox. Touring. 2009.

Tickets will go on general sale from 9am GMT on Wednesday 12th November, but if you sign up to Live Nation's site (link below) they have a pre-sale from 9am GMT Tuesday 11th November for members.

[i] A second London show has been added - April 30th at The Roundhouse. This will be filmed for a DVD release, so bring plenty of energy with you, we want lots of of yelling and cheering between songs! The venue will be seated upstairs, standing downstairs.

Got tickets for the Brighton show (4th row) and the London Hammersmith show (2nd row). Since I'm flying over from Chicago, I don't think I'll be able to stick around for the Roundhouse gig.

Still, as a U.S. Ultravox fan for 25 years, this is a chance that I never thought that I'd have. I'm stoked!

Got tickets for the Roundhouse gig on the 30th, which will be filmed for a DVD release.

Couldn't wait any longer for mainland Europe dates. So if they cross the channel later this year I'm sure I will see them again.

Two dates have been added to the Return to Eden reunion tour, the Dublin Olympia on Saturday 2nd May and Belfast Waterfront on Sunday 3rd May.

Tickets go on general sale from 9am Friday 23rd January at www.ticketmaster.ie.

Ultravox plays the Lokerse Feesten on August 8th. They are on the bill together with the Simple Minds. Two other bands for that evening will be announced on a later date.
