In 81-82 in the UK there was a magazine that came on cassette called SFX. With the popularity of Walkman-styled tape players this was an attempt to create a new media/product/genre. The run lasted 19 "issues" before folding. I've been able to collect about 7 of these over the years and have finally started digitizing them. Keep in mind that these tapes are going on 30 years old so there is some wow-n-flutter, tape stretching and dropouts, but still well worth listeing to.
