Welcome to the new forum!
If you are a previously registered user, you must do the following:

1) Click on 'I forgot my password' at the login prompt
2) Enter your username and email you registered with and submit
3) You will receive an email with an activation link. Please click it and then log in using the random password provided
4) Go to your User Control Panel and click on the Profile tab
5) Click on 'Edit Account Settings' and enter your new password twice followed by the random password provided earlier. Click Submit.
6) That's it...you're back in! You may have to log in again with your new password.

Do you mean for a phone? If so, I always carry a IGo PowerXtender for emergencies...

A couple of AAs will give a Crackberry a little over half-charge. You need an extra tip for each type end, USB or otherwise.

actually I was thinking of something that will plug into a USB port and get charged; then you can charge your cell phone with it- no batteries

I would try rechargeable batteries in that unit Blir posted. I favor these:

The standard Crackberry data cable also charges if that's what you have.

If you opt for rechargeable batteries, get the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low_self-discharge_NiMH_battery" target=_blank>Low Self Discharge</a> kind of NiMHs, like Sanyo Eneloops or Sony CycleEnergy. Duracell markets LSDs also (look for the ones with white tops, which are made by Sanyo).

LSDs have a slightly lower mAH rating (~2000 for AA), but as the name implies, it holds a charge longer.
