I was new in Dubai,UAE working as a Nurse when this local guy came for Intramuscular injection on his buttocks. So, of course, he had to lie down while I prepare the medicine. Then, I pulled up his "kandura" (that thin white robe they traditionally wear upto now)and I was shocked when all I saw was his whole HAIRY BUTT staring right at me!!! Heck, I was so shocked it made me say "Oh, Sh*t!"

Later on, I learned from my colleagues that it's a common thing. They don't wear briefs! Only a white t-shirt under such thin robe. What a sight!

I'll bet if they were "held" just a little bit by a good pair of boxer briefs, there'd be a lot less violence in that region due to all that "swinging freely" action they have now.

That smell from that in-between area must be horrible.

I think there is a medical term for that area. It is known as "the taint"
