Actually it's only recently that Mel Gibson's been interesting at all. Prior to his arrest I just thought of him as a smiling goofus like that other 80's actors women used to go bonkers over, Tom Cruise.
I had the misfortune of seeing "What Women Want" while on a date and after wanting to ram my head into the floor repeatedly I swore off any of his flicks.
