Long Weekend NYC

Postby zill » Sat May 22, 2010 2:17 am

Hey, Monday is Queen Victoria's bday so we Canucks get a long weekend. Well, the monarchy is good for something after all!

My insane K-wife took me on a 6 mile run looping around Central Park. Started slow but glad we did it, a great day for running and Park Drive is closed to traffic. Needed to burn a few cals to prepare for the orgy of steak and drinks coming up this evening.

I love NY.

Did you spy any gigs you might try to see?

Haven't found anything my wife and friends can all agree on so prob just hang out and have expensive martinis at some chi chi place.

Had to turn down a free ticket to the ballgame due to a quasi work thing I have to do tonight. Urgh!

Prob seeing the Gustave Caillebotte exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum tomorrow.
