Restaurant Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a cool (ie not stuffy) place for a business lunch in midtown Manhattan?

(BTW, I had dinner at Spice Market in the meat packing district last week on Blir's recommendation from awhile back. The red curry duck was very tasty. Two thumbs up.)

Virgils is a BBQ place that cater to the business crowd although it is very casual and not the place to impress clients. It is one of my favorites and owned by the same group as Carmines (another favorite and highly recommended) both off 44th St I think. I don't know if they would fit cool in the hipster sort of way but they are awesome as far as food.

Midtown I like another Jean-George place called Vong. Tau is similar and more upscale.
