Never heard the term until last night. Worst Dust Storm I have ever experienced in over 40 years here in Arizona. It was so unusual. Not any damage like some of our monsoons although I am sure pool cleaners everywhere were beyond suicidal. Storm Watch 2011 Vans were creaming their jeans. The sidewalks today had a dust cover that showed footprints like snow and visibility was so low today compared to the usual, it seriously looked like the smogiest day in LA. My car was parked in the driveway and covered in a mud-like substance that made me think we had a volcanic explosion.

Is that footage sped up or did Coogan film it?

I would NOT drive into that.

In fact, that's one of the most frightening things I've ever seen.

amazing sunset as i started my run, then about 2 miles in i look in the sky and there is a giant wall of dust storm headed right towards me, it obliterated the light... visibility was about 30 feet, like a fog of dust, for about 20+ minutes, then the rain started, frankly it was sweet relief. Truly one if the strangest weather experiences I've seen.
