Help! Why can't I message another member???

I have no idea where to find help for this, so I'll post here. I'm trying to send a direct message to a NWO member but when I click SUBMIT, it just goes to my Outbox and never appears in my Sent box, so I assume they are not receiving it.
Any help would be awesome thank you!

It seems the messages finally send after sitting in the Outbox for several days (or weeks?). You're the first response I've had, so not sure how pervasive the issue is or why it's happening.

Is this issue really resolved? I tried sending a message to Eighties a week ago and haven't received a response yet.

It's also worth ensuring your own inbox isn't full. If all else fails, try a different browser or clearing your cache. Hope this helps you escape that Outbox purgatory!

Having trouble messaging another member? It could be a few things! First, check if you've reached your message limit.
