Found some info, Hairglow is a solo project from Alex Callier.
He was in a Belgian band called Hooverphonic (never heard of them).

Also has a new song on myspace "Is It Love"

A video has been released for "Let It Go"
Looks a bit Calvin Harris with those glasses.
