This may be blasphemous to hard core U2 fans but as a fan of early to mid 80's U2 I find this song more appealing to anything U2 has produced in the last 20 years (not including several wonderful ballads). The vocal and guitar style are obvious bono/edge and the songs pace and structure seem to mimic U2. I guess I don't mind a cheap copy [:p]

I like it. I guess they could change their name to U One And A Half. No wait, The Alarm have already earned that title!

Yeah, the vocals and guitars are a pretty blatant rip-off (or homage?) to U2. It's a shame the song isn't stronger-- it's kind of a watered-down generic sounding U2 song.

Sounds like a U2 b-side from the "All That You Can't Leave Behind Era" to me. Early 2000's U2 minus the hooks. Nicely produced though and they're good mimics.

If you want to hear a band that takes the U2 influence to a more unique level, check out Exit Calm. It's like Achtung era but with more wigged out guitar explosions a la The Verve. Plenty of hooks, great singing and their guitarist is like 5 Edges.
