When the dude says "blue skies" and you think about some of the musical style, I can't help but think ELO...which oddly isn't a completely bad thing with me. There some musical similarity in The Silent League if you like this sorta thing.

For some real tooth-killing sugary sweet, there's Those Dancing Days girls who showed up at the last SXSW...
