Does anyone know anything about this band? There is used 10" copy of this record at a local book store. They looked to be new wave. Is this a collectable record?

There are 2 Propagandas. One is German and very good and one is British and not as good. This would be the British band. I don't think the record is worth much money but if they only want a couple of bucks for it, check it out.
