Some of the UK vinyl pressings of the Mesopotamia ep had exclusive extended remixes of 3 of the tracks. Here they are for your enjoyment:

Cake

Hi Rubellan.
I already had these mixes from some years ago, but these are really good quality.
Much appreciated, and a good share, thanks!

This has been one of my holy grail vinyl finds, and your rips are always superior quality. Thanks, Scott!

Wow, these are great, and they sound wonderful! "Mesopotamia" is one of my favorite B-52's albums and getting these is icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing!

Is this the same as Party Mix (IIRC)?

Party Mix was released in 1981. These were released in 1982 only on the UK vinyl pressings, never released on CD.

I think i have these on my HD. Is this something to do with David Bryne? Is this the album that had three versions in total? I take it this are your own personal rips and better than most others according to the views of people here so i have taken them again. Thanks.

Not only are Scott's vinyl transfers and audio mastering better than most, but they are also better than any professional vinyl transfers/masters that I've ever come across. Simply put, they are the best. Unlike most professional vinyl transfers, I hear absolutely no hiss, hum, crackling, or pops with Scott's transfers. I cannot differentiate between his vinyl transfers and actual masters. I am stunned every time.

Out of curiousity, can you share the whole album in FLAC just so i can have your excellent quality work for the whole album. BTW as i stated before there are three versions of Mesopotomia the third being a 1991 mix which only came with Party mix on CD in the USA

Those were the only tracks I mastered. the other 3 songs are the same versions as on the still available UK CD. personally, I prefer the 1991 remix of the album to the original mixes.
