How does the Hub work exactly? Is it like any ordinary file sharing server, or do you upload songs to some database?

I got all these mp3's <a href="http://home.austin.rr.com/skwerly/hot100-80s.txt">in this list</a> that I can share, but I can't fit 'em all on my harddrive to be able to share all of 'em

You share from a directory on your hard drive. You need 1 GIG minimum music files in your shared folder to participate.
