i just seen a post about alexei sayle and it made me think of an episode of the young ones, the musical performance was a band called ken bishops nice 12 and they performed bob dylans subteranean homesick blues.
the group had i believe jules holland in it, and stewart copeland of the police, and damn there were at least 1 or 2 more i knew, but i really really liked the song.
but as far as i know they never ever released anything.

anybody know anything? have anything?

also i remember in the movie purple rain they have the very short clip of princes former guitarist dez dickersons band the modernaires playing the song modernaire!
again i have looked them up and it seems they never released anything, though they toured opening for billy idol in 82 i beleive and they did some demos and stuff i have never been able to find anything!

again, anybody know anything?
