I thought I would see what I could find on Soulseek and it turns out they were all there (I think).
I downloaded them at the best quality I could find so that will be a bit mixed.

In return for your generousity i've spent a fair bit of time and done some research on these tracks using my iTunes. Sadly that share as you say are of poor quality. The single track in high quality i have on CD. The Oh l'amour (CK mix, 2003) is only 2:56 on my iTunes it's 3:27 which was from a FLAC share i got from somewhere with 9 versions on. I have most of the tracks requested many are included on the now i guess rare The Complete Tomorrow's World. Sadly i'm not able to share i wouldn't know where to start plus i don't have the original CD to hand all my CD's sadly are in storage.

I can only suggest that you check Soulseek regularly to see if any appear in FLAC. I have some on a wish list for years and most do come up eventually.

That's ok i have so much music it takes up far more than enough of my time. From two incredible HD sites i discovered to BTG and Facebook groups - downloading, burning to disc to add to my iTunes (already on 203,000 songs) i simply have no time. Never used Soulseek in my life!

Looking at your original post it seems you are after the promo CDr mix shorter at 3:09. I'd seriously suggest the actual product has mistakes and that there isn't a 3:09 edit of the edit and that the Promo CD has the same content.
