Dan Hartman - 'I Can Dream About You' alternate tracklisting

Postby bolton80 » Sun Jan 29, 2023 10:37 am

Hi All,
Just a query. I've had this album twice in the past (vinyl and CD) and both versions had the same tracklisting. However, last year I bought another vinyl copy to replace the one I sold years ago, and found it had a change to the tracklisting. 'I Can't Get Enough' had been replaced with 'Get Outta Town'. I think it's a UK pressing, but I can't find any details this pressing on Discogs or elsewhere which has this change. Anyone aware of this? Wonder if it's a very rare version.

Probably came out in 1985 when Get Outta Town was released on the Fletch soundtrack and as a single. You should submit your LP to Discogs. Over time, other people who have it will add it to their collections, and some copies will be sold. You can get a feel for how rare it is after a few years and see what it's selling for, and the ratio of haves to wants.

I doubt anyone really wants it though. People are way more interested in his disco 12"s than his pop LPs.
