Need help on the External Drive ,please

Hopefully, this will be my last question. When I drag the MP3's from my F-Drive onto iTunes.......it says something like "C-Drive is full, iTunes will only copy those that will fit". And I've only dragged about 1/10 of my downloads. Don't I want
