Cassettes

I don't know if this will interest anybody, but I figured I'd give it a shot. I have literally a few thousand cassette tapes that I have no use for. What I'm looking for is someone with a CD recorder that might be interested in some of these tapes. Most of this stuff is from my LP & CD collection, but there are several titles that I don't have on any other format & I'd love to have them converted to CDR. What I'm proposing is this: I'll send you maybe 10 or 20 tapes at a time in exchange for maybe 3-4 CDr's at a time. Anyone interested? This could be a chance to get an instant collection, there is little to no mainstream stuff, almost any punk band that you could name & most of the more obscure new wave bands are represented here. LPs, singles, bootlegs, comps, etc... I've been collecting this stuff for about 25 years now. One thing that I don't have is an itemized list, but if you let me know what you're looking for, I'll see what I have.

I'm always open to rare Depeche Mode, New Order, Pet Shop Boys, Big Audio Dynamite Cure or Smiths material.

Sorry Marv, I haven't got any rarities from the bands that you mentioned, just some really common stuff. I do have a lot of Clash rarities if you need any of that stuff including a lot of early live shows. Also got rare stuff from Wall of Voodoo, XTC, Wir
