Hi, I remember a song I heard in the early 90's a few times although it could be from the 80s. It is very slow, and the only music in it is this slow music box music, and a very fast helicopter-type thumping beat, and the man singing sounded a bit like Frank Black although I don't think it was him. It was like Franks voice when he sings very softly, not "screaming". The words were hard to make out except he said I love you a couple of times towards the end, at least I think that's what he said.
