Cover of "You Make Me Feel Brand New". I downloaded it from an 80s blog at least 10 years ago & have no information at all about who this singer/band may be. The vocalist obviously has a lot of affection for this song & I love his rendition. He reminds me of many singers, but I can't find info to confirm any. Perhaps a b-side, an outtake? I've searched all over & have come up with nothing. Soundhound produces no matches. I've even gone through every listing for "You Make Me Feel Brand New" at Discogs. Anyone her have any ideas?

I was thinking Paul Quinn...Perhaps? Very deep, like his voice.
