The second link is "Gladiators" by "Die Krupps". It's the version from their "Entering the Arena" album from 1985.
The fourth clip sounds like the lead singer of "Underworld"...although I couldn't find any songs that matched your song, but he has distinct vocals that they seem to align.

The fourth clip IS the singer from the Underworld...but when he was in his prior band! This is Freur "You're A Hoover."

Hi, I am 90% certain that the Freur track is in fact an extract of "You're A Hoover (Dun Difrunt Too)", which is the B side of the Runaway (Dun Difrunt) UK 12" from 1983. It's also on the B side of the Matters Of The Heart 12", but that track has a very weird extra piece of music edited over the fadeout at the end.
