Anyone else got this yet? I pre-ordered mine from APE http://ape.uk.net/acatalog/compact_discs.html
and received it mid-week... it's been playing constantly all weekend.
The packaging is stunning (the box itself is enormous!) and FW7&8 are outstanding... Andy truly saved the best for last. It comes with a bonus disc - 'Hinges' - to complete the set... although there's still a number of demos that we're omitted. Beggars can't be choosers I suppose, so I'm overjoyed with it regardless (although I have to say I'm sad that the series has reached it's end).
Standout tracks (for me, as much of this I've already got on Boots): 2 Rainbeau Melt, Sonic Boom, I'm Unbecome, Visit to the Doctor, Through Electric Gardens, The Bland Leading the Bland & I Gave My Suitcase Away. Mr. Partridge's throw-aways are better than most artist's hits.
