Great news for fans of the cult Post-Punk band Sad Lovers & Giants as they are releasing a brand new single "Happiness Is Fragile" on limited edition 7" vinyl ahead of a brand new studio album later this year/early next year (no details yet on a release date or label, though I assume this will be either self-released or put out on Cherry Red, their current label for their back catalogue).

You can hear a live version of the new track from the recent Maxi Pop Festival in Barcelona.
The band has been touring sporadically in the past year, recently performing at a special MIDNIGHT MUSIC celebration night in Barcelona called the Maxi Pop Festival. Fellow Midnight acts on the bill were The Snake Corps and The Essence, with Sad Lovers & Giants headlining.
The band features 1/3 of DJ heavyweights Above & Beyond, Tony McGuinness, who has been the guitarist for the past 25 years.
I can assure you the new single is great and if this is any indication, the new album will be fantastic. Can't wait for this one!
