Hi humanracer.
I only have the 2002 Dare / Love and Dancing digibook release here: http://www.discogs.com/Human-League-Lea ... ease/73317 and the drop in the left channel is there indeed.
I fixed it (I hope satisfactorily to your ears) and uploaded the wav of the song here: http://www23.zippyshare.com/v/34505875/file.html

I have the 1997 USA release of "Dare" and it has the tiny dropout you mentioned. But I just bought the new "Dare/Fascination" set and it sounds fine.
