Wow, I was looking at ordering the boxset for $150 and the only shipping option available is FedEx for $40. That's a deal breaker....

But then looking at the pricing on Amazon at $40 each......maybe it's a deal! Anyone?

Re: the different versions of "Crazy," as others have noted, the 3:23 version really IS the original album version of the song, at least in Australia. But Icehouse was notorious for remixing or re-recording songs for different markets. The US got the longer mix of "Crazy." There are differences in the mixes of "Electric Blue" between the US and Australian versions, as well. And this didn't only apply to the "Man of Colours" album. Most of their first album ("Flowers") was remixed and re-recorded for the US market. The "Primitive Man" album was re-sequenced and released in the UK as "Love in Motion," and so on. It's tough to keep track of all the changes.

These new remasters, like the previous Warner remasters in 2002, are all based on the original Australian albums. The CD tracks are all identical to the Warner remasters that were released in 2002, with the exception of "The Berlin Tapes," which replaces "Being Boiled" (a bonus track on the 02 remaster) with "Heroes (The Athens Mix)."
