Empire released Talk Free, My Imagination amongst others. Apparently the album did get a release but none of the band members have a copy of it, no-one saw it in the shops and the band couldn't get an answer from Parlophone as to why this was.
As for Scary Thieves, yes since their record label owns the masters.
