I just noticed that Red Rockers are listed as coming soon on Wounded Bird's website. Both Amazon and CD Universe confirm it as Good as Gold with a release date of August 15. Hopefully, the 12" version of China will be included among the bonus tracks. Thought some of you would be interested since the Oglio 2 on 1 is out of print.

What would be really amazing is if they decided to re-release "Condition Red" officially. Nice to finally get "Good As Gold" again, let us hope for bonus tracks. We shall see!

Since Wounded is after the 415 catalog I wonder if those folks who didn't get Wire Trains's "...In A Chamber" on Oglio will get another chance too. Nice news about Red Rockers, it can only bring more stuff hopefully! Go Bird.

Red Rockers "China" 12" Version would be a good song to include on the Retro:Active series.

Congrats to Wounded Bird for getting this title back in print! Anybody know if it is the 2 for 1 or just the Good As Gold album? I don't see any bonus tracks on Amazon.com.

Oglio had a good run with it but we didn't feel that we could profitably market the record for another 5 years especially with the download market heating up. It can be expensive to license, market and promote a retail release only to have it pop up on iTunes direct from the copyright holder [Sony/BMG].

If I knew it was going to fetch $40 on eBay I'd have held on to more copies!

Yes, it's Good as Gold only without bonus tracks and it's available a month early directly from their website.

I just heard through the grapevine that they are doing all of the Translator albums later this year! I hope this is true!!

W Bird is separately releasing Schizophrenic Circus.

I see no point in buying these if you have the 2 for 1, which can be found for just north of $10.

"Schizophrenic Circus" looks like it will have three bonus tracks to it, but they are all 7" versions of songs already on that album.
