Just before leaving last night's show, Blir suggested we explore the merchandise table in the back of the venue.
We found vinyl albums by Marbles and The Speedies for sale.
Here's a little more info:

The Radio Heartbeat label have supposedly reissued The Speedies' SPECIAL DELIVERY on CD and vinyl in time for this weekend's reunion show in NYC. My apologies if that's included in the info at the link above; I didn't bother to see.

I bought the vinyl album there Thursday night (it has 10 tracks), Tonight I checked out the merchandise table again, and yes, there was the cd, with 19 tracks (including a dance mix of Let Me Take Your Photo..uh-oh I am not looking forward to hearing that).

THEN I SAW THE SPEEDIES PLAY LIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 30 YEARS!!!!!!
(an exxagerration on the part of John Marino-they broke up 25 years ago)
