Great! I lost mine on a patio disaster (too much sun) years ago.

Very cool. What label? Bonus tracks? Details!

It's on Wounded Bird, so hopefully it will have bonus tracks from the 12" singles.

btw CDUniverse has the release date as Jan 2008.

My info comes from the Indiedetective mailing list, so maybe there is a Euro release as well?

BTW- *Mike P* Would you consider putting a CD Universe link on the NW Outpost page?

I emailed Wounded Bird. They said the release date is January and it's only the original album tracks, no bonuses.

Easily their best LP.

Hopefully some label in Europe will pick this up and do a proper reissue with relevant bonus material (Metal Dance 12", Junk Funk 12" etc)

I still don't understand the appeal of 12" as "bonus material". It's usually just a repetitiver version of a tune. And those two SPK singles are long and repetitive enough already, although I like them.

Big question #2: is it the American or the UK version of Machine Age Voodoo? The one with "Thin Ice" or "Seduction"? Either will be fine; this is great news...

FWIW, I think Digitalis Ambigua Gold and Poison is more accessible..the first side at least...

Fun fact for WLIR fans: In the 80's, "Metal Dance" (with the "whoop whoop" klaxon intro) was used as the sounder/music bed for on-air giveaways.

Damn damn damn..I was hoping Seduction would be there. 23 years to get this on an official CD release, I'm surprised it's even happening!
