Thought everyone would be interested to know that Words On Music, a really cool label out of Minneapolis (For Against, The Meeting Places, Fiel Garvie and others), has compiled what has to be one of the strangest collections ever - 19 versions of Wire's "Outdoor Miner" on one CD entitled: A Houstguest's Wish, Translations of Wire's "Outdoor Miner"

The CD features 19 versions of "Outdoor Miner" including contributions from Swervedriver frontman Adam Franklin, Typewriter (featuring ex-Lucy Show singer Mark Bandola), Lush's dazzling and energetic 1991 recording, and Kick On The Floods — the new project by For Stars singer Carlos Forster

The CD is US $11 and is available to pre-order right now at http://makeashorterlink.com/?L1B056889

Cheers!

Ps - this is my first time using that makeashorterlink.com redirect site, here's the direct link: http://idealcopy.american-data.net//Mer ... O-AHOUS-01
