A CD re-issue of 'Fire and Water' (Ecoutez vos Murs) by Dave Greenfield and JJ Burnel has appeared on the Edsel label (EDSS 1020) - didn't see this one coming, just picked it up today in Sister Ray, London. Stranglers fans not already familiar with the album may well like it, if a more left-field Feline/Aural Sculpture style is palatable... It comes with one bonus track, a remix of 'Rain and Dole and tea' from the 7" single. It appears to have been remastered from original tapes as well, judging by the pics of the master tape boxes included in the accompanying booklet.
