apparently, and this is from the horse's mouth, the first two albums will be released in 2009 from EMI, and they will probably be enhanced with b-sides and mixes and the like. i imagine they will be remastered, dolby would probably demand it, he's such a tech-head.

could this mean "wreck of the fairchild"? "radio silence" rock version? "urban tribal"? who knows? there's not a lot of stuff off of "flat earth" that hasn't been on cd yet, save some "dolby's cube" era stuff...
but how great that terms are agreed upon and these are coming. a reason to live! ;-)

It would be be great to have 'Golden Age...' with bonus tracks and mixes, plenty to choose from.

I know EMI don't go overboard in cramming in as many extras as possible, so a few choice extras is possible. As the Europa 12" is on the 12x12 CD I'd rather see 'previously unavailable on CD' stuff making the release, eg, wreck.., radio silence (uptempo) and therapy/growth on the 'golden. . .' CD

i'm hoping the same thing. they could really fill in some cracks on the new releases, as 12x12 is still in print i believe. there is a ton of b-sides/alternate versions that could go on from the first album. okay, 5 or 6. but still!

"The horse's mouth" told me personall the same thing in 2007 saying they would come out in 2008, hopefully this will finally happen.
