I wonder what the pricing will be. These were pretty inexpensive to begin with.
I'm glad there's no new material, which would have pissed me off, seeing as I bought them separately.

As did I. Might be a good idea for me to possibly trade the others off and get the box set then? I imagine the box set has all the extra stuff the re-masters does & then some?

£19.59 on amazon uk which is not bad. I think mostly everybody will have bought these so who it's going to appeal to i have no idea.

Yeah, it seems like a better marketing move would've been to go the Kraftwerk route and issue the box set right up front in the remaster campaign.
This certainly feels like a ripoff for those of us (me included) who would prefer to have the box, but have already purchased the individual cds.

At best, all I can see is a cheap/standard cardboard box. At worst, it won't even come with jewelcases (although I don't see this happening).
It might be nice to have the extra box, but for those who still listen to CDs (as opposed to some file format), it's a lot more convenient to not have the box. For example, my Eurythmics remastered boxset sits in a case, and I ended up making CD-Rs and putting it with the non-remastered CDs.

Good point. It's nice to be able to pull a cd right off the shelf when you're in the mood.

Why can't we just get the Thompson Twins video collection including a handful of tv appearances on dvd? Most of us already bought the remasters. [:(!]
