I do have to agree, this album is an 80s masterpiece. Although I'm not normally into demo versions, I can imagine Frankie demos would actually sound pretty nice. Should be interesting. Thanks for the post!

Yeah Blast was a UK 1 and should've been treated with more respect. Anyway the WTTPD remaster is worth waiting for. What's missing though is the 7" version of the title cut. Am i right ?

So, should i keep my original, or dump it for this one?

Sound quality on the new one just as good?

Apart from the recently found but too late to be included on this reissue Pleasurefix and Starfix mixes what else is there they could have possibly put on this. Everything else has been released about 3 times over being included on compilations and Japanese reissues.

yeah, at this point, I don't even know if it's worth getting this for me. I have like 3 remix compilations from FGTH, and one of them i have TWO versions of because there was a different track listing on different versions from different countries. I guess if I get to hear sound samples of all the bonus tracks and anything strikes me, I might pick it up, but I've been spending way too much money on reissues loaded with repetition. These labels should start focusing more on stuff that has NEVER been released on CD.

or put all the stuff onto one big CD box set, b sides, mixes etc...........then you can buy it once and get rid of the rest of the issues.........

The master tapes for Star & pleasurefix have only recently been found.

CanI say that the remastering sounds fantastic.

All the tracks (whether you think they should be on there or not) are taken from the original master tapes, so no cruddy from vinyl stuff here.
