I bet this is a pirate DVD. Saw one of Billy Idol's clips looking like this one and made in Germany, too... No other reference of this one elsewhere? ----> bootleg!

the dvd has been released on Delta Music (located in Frechen / Germany).

Can't comment on the quality as I haven't seen it so far, seems to be quite cheap though (weltbild.de lists the dvd for 6,95 EUR).
Could be legimate, as that gig was shown on BBC and could be licensed from them.

Picked up a live copy of A Flock of Seagulls live in concert 1983. Doesn't say where, DVD is good but the Seagulls are awful. LOL, Hey for 50 cents, no loss, picked it up on my travels thru Peru. Seems that the Seagulls were not a very good live band. Good when lip synching to their recordings.
