With the sad news of Mick having advanced cancer, i was listening to this beautiful album today and realised how talented he is. Does anyone know if Titles has ever been remastered ? i just have the original cd release from years ago.

Sadly none of his solo albums have been remastered, including Dalis Car. They could certainly do with some "dusting off".

Let's hope (and pray) he pulls through.

I second that. Sensitive is one of my all-time fave songs. Would love to see Titles remastered.

The Dali's Car CD was re-issued in Japan as a mini LP sleeve style CD a few years back with the volume boosted in comparison to the earlier Beggars Banquet UK CD (without brickwalling it, glad to say). No extra tracks on it though (the obvious choices would have been the B sides to the 'Judgement Is The Mirror' CD).

Having read Mick's autobiography that he self-published last year and gained a much greater insight into his character and the struggles of his life, I do really hope that he can overcome this condition - quite apart from the wonderful music he is a fascinating character and would truly be a very sad loss to the world - I'd thoroughly recommend giving his book a read if you have an interest.

Yes, it would be a great loss indeed. I've read his book as well and can honestly say I've rarely enjoyed a biography as much as his - he's truly one of a kind and deserves a lot more recognition. Apparently Midge Ure is organising a fundraising gig - well good on him! Hopefully Mick will live to see it...
